The other day, I was waiting in the grocery checkout line.  And my eyes landed on the conveyor belt. The man ahead of me was buying, among other things:

    • Granola bars
    • Breakfast cereal
    • Sports drinks
    • Orange juice
    • Honey

Coca Cola’s legal defense says it all. They claimed:

“No consumer could reasonably be misled into thinking Vitaminwater was a healthy beverage.”

Wow! Even they admit their marketing was full of lies!

How to cut down on sugar

Check the ingredients label for sugar content. This is the only way to know exactly how much of this skin enemy you’re putting in your body.

Make sure you keep an eye on how much total sugar you’re consuming… and keep in mind that you shouldn’t exceed 25 grams in a day (according to Healthline).

But don’t despair. Cutting down on sugar doesn’t mean you lose all the sweetness in your life.

Just use stevia extract in place of sugar.

It’s naturally derived from a plant in the Chrysanthemum family, and won’t harm your skin!

Just one pinch of Stevia powder has as much sweetness as a teaspoon of table sugar.
