I know it sounds like a silly question —But your mom and teachers were right when they said breakfast was the most important meal of the day!

My “radiant skin” overnight oats are a quick, easy breakfast you can make before bed. And grab on your way out the door!

Here’s how it’s done:

 

  1. Pour ½ cup oatmeal into a container with a lid. Layer on ½ cup almond milk, a dash of cinnamon, and two tablespoons maple syrup

  2. Top with a handful of blueberries and strawberries.

  3. Cover and stick it in the fridge overnight.

  4. In the morning, stir everything up and enjoy!

This recipe is a great way to get in a quick meal and give your skin a nutritious treat! The oatmeal is packed with skin-softening omega-3 fatty acids.
